Frequently Asked Questions About Our Las Vegas Pet Massage
What is pet massage?
Loving Touch Pet Massage utilizes the IPTouch discipline. We don't just "pet" your pet. We use observational analysis and animal communication techniques to build a relationship and determine how to best serve your pet's needs. IPTouch animal massage can result in better muscle function, healthier activity levels, and a deeper respect between human and animal. Pet massage is a great way to spoil your pet and improve his or her quality of life.
What kind of pets can benefit from IPTouch pet massage?
IPTouch massage is for all animals! Young, old, adopted, displaced, athletic, and working animals can all benefit from the relaxing and bond-building techniques of IPTouch animal massage. Dogs, cats, rabbits, you name it... they need it. Depending upon species, age, etc. each animal requires something a little different to keep their bodies healthy and working as a whole. We aim to prevent tension patterns and discomfort that builds over time. IPTouch is also great for socializing pets because it teaches them that human interaction can be an extremely positive experience.
Pet massage? Are you serious?
When your muscles are sore, does a massage help you? When you're feeling stressed out does a massage help you stay relaxed?
Your pet will love a massage too! And IPTouch is more than just massage.
Why do you recommend multiple sessions?
Loving Touch Pet Massage recommends a minimum of 3 to 5 sessions to attain the best results for your pet. Building trust with your pet is integral for us to be "allowed" to truly work with them. We use permission patterns guided by your pet, allowing them to "speak" to us to determine how to best serve their needs. All pets are different, so the specific goals of your pet's massage sessions will vary.
To aid in building a relationship with you and your pet, we offer a free 20 minute Meet & Greet session for all new massage clients. This allows you and your pet to get to know Jeanna, your certified Animal Massage and Care Provider.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
We highly doubt your pet won't LOVE our IPTouch massage services. But some animals who are extremely shy or freightened of strangers can be difficult to work with when first introduced to pet massage. Animals like this may require multiple sessions before they allow us to truly work with them. The process of building the human-animal bond is part of what we do!
While we do not offer full refunds for completed massage sessions, we may at our discretion offer a complimentary 2nd visit. If at any time after a completed massage session you decide that our services are not for you, we will gladly refund the cost of any future sessions you may have already purchased.
